To all you who continue to sacrificially serve the Lord as you serve us in this ministry. I want to restate what it is that the Lord has trusted to us as I fear many of you have lost the heavenly vision of what this whole thing is about. Seven years ago my rodeo career ended. I sustained an injury at the Calgary Stamped that had left me nearly completely incapacitated for six months. During that time I cried out to the Lord through the physical and emotional pain of dealing with a possible career ending injury. I had seen my rodeo career as a great ministry and all I wanted was to serve him through it. I remember feeling angry because he had given me such a burden for the lost and suffering of this world and had now left me with a broken heart to reach people but no way to reach them. After six months of intense physical and emotional suffering, I received a phone call from Cody Custer that was the beginning of a whole new chapter of mine and Leslie's life. He had called and invited me to come to a PBR event in Portland Oregon and speak at a service they wanted to provide for the fans.   The weekend was a success and he asked if I would come the following two weeks to some events in California. Leslie and I went to these events and by the end of the two weeks we knew that my rodeo career was over. We realized that the previous six years of traveling around the country riding bucking horses was only a training ground to prepare me for this work.
Jesus left us with the charge to bear his name and his burden as we go into the world and make disciples. We have been doing this with all of ourselves for the past seven years and will continue to do so with the grace of our Father and the power of the Holy Spirit. The unique part of this calling is that he has presented to me a group of men that are seen as heroes to millions upon millions of people world wide. I can't even imagine a more creative way to reach a world filled with men who have been stripped of their masculinity and true identity as children of God.
As we disciple these men and equip them to do the work of the ministry we are by default presenting to millions of others an image of men filled with the holy Spirit and yielded to his calling on their life. They are showing how we can be powerful and courageous, yet be clothed with humility, love and compassion.
The sport of Bull riding continues to be the fastest growing sport in the nation and continues to give us an enormous realm of influence. Because of the magnitude of this work in the Kingdom, we are continually opposed by the forces of evil. We fight this battle in the Spirit realm first and in the natural realm second. Prayer is how we release power to defeat those who appose us and obedience is how we stand in that power.  We continue to do all we know to do to be obedient to this heavenly calling and I urge you to do the same. Consider what part the Lord has asked you to take in this ministry and do it whole heartedly.  Pray for us!

In the service of the King,

Todd and Leslie
