I felt compelled to give you all a note to say thank you for a year of presenting yourselves a living sacrifice to the Lord as you have labored with us in this awesome work. As a result of your laboring we have gone to nearly 50 different cities around the nation and have shared the Gospel with thousands. We have discipled 25 of the most influential men in the western world and have grown in our personal relationship with our Father. We have had a new son and Leslie and I are closer than ever. Colton and Tanner are being raised in the ways of the Lord and have become two very fine young boys. It has been a wonderful year. Thank you! I want to share with you something that happened this past week that has had a pretty significant impact on me personally. It is something I must address. This past week we had a pastor of a church that I love contact me and inform me that they can no longer support or give its blessing to this ministry. They had weekly prayed for Riding High and gave $200.00 a month. I know the man loves the Lord and believes he has heard from God on this decision and has given me his reasons. The bottom line is he no longer feels that this is a Biblically based ministry and I am not teaching accurate doctrine. He further believes that I have not been diligent enough in my study of the word to gain a better understanding of it. So to be transparent with you I want to admit that I feel so unworthy to represent the King of Kings and to be in a position to be his ambassador and further I am inadequate in most ways as a pastor and a leader. My comfort is in the truth that God has always used those who have felt the least qualified. I however have not allowed this to keep me from diligently seeking the Lord in all ways to study to show myself approved so I will not be a worker who needs to be ashamed. I seek to rightly divide truth. It is important to share this with each of you because I truly believe this is a ministry that requires all of our effort and agreement. I will be sending out a statement of faith soon and would ask if anyone has any concerns about what we believe and teach, please give me a call. I still know that God has entrusted us with an incredible ministry that is changing a culture and I need each of you to be just as certain as we are. Two cannot walk together unless they are agreed. Father, continue to lead us in truth. We ask you to rebuke the enemy as he always seeks to divide and conquer. We will not be ignorant of his devices. Give us eyes to see and ears to hear as you lead each of us in the ways of righteousness. We openly admit that unless you go before us we are dead in the water and we know that unless you build the house, we labor in vain. Our deepest desire is to know you in such a way that we have your heart. We want to love what you love and hate what you hate. As we continue to intercede for so many, help us by your Spirit in our prayers as we don't know how to pray. In the name of Jesus, Todd
