Family,
The regular season of the PBR has come to an end and now we look to the finals. It has been a great year and we can anticipate that this year’s finals will allow us the opportunity to reach thousands with the Gospel of Jesus. Throughout the year we get the opportunity to go from city to city and spend time loving on the fans of the PBR on a smaller number basis. When we get to the finals, all these people seem to have multiplied and all end up in the same place. Each year we see an increase in the numbers of people we get at our services but maybe more significant is how our ministry team grows in proportion. I see how each of us has grown in our personal intimacy with our Father and how that causes us to grow closer to each other. This gives us the ability to function as a body. This year we will have about 15 full time laborers as well as many part timers, We have around 20,000 free DVD’s to hand out, 10,000 Bibles, thousands of tracts, as well as misc. treasures for the young-ins. We will have two worship services open to the public, 10 morning devotionals for the stock contractors, ten morning prayer/worship times for the riders and families, 10 morning devotionals for vendors/staff, 8 interview sessions with riders in front of fans, a horse breaking/ gospel presentation, full time ministry booth to distribute materials and pray with the public, and some visits to children’s hospitals. In addition we will have 8 performances where these men will use their bull riding gifts to inspire millions of spectator’s world wide. I say all that to say this “PRAY FOR US”. This is all just a bunch of activity to make our presence known, instead of people seeing the Kingdom, if we don’t walk in the Lords love and anointing.
I will spend this week with the family and catching up around the place. Thank you all for continuing with us in this extraordinary opportunity to serve our Father as we seek to love his people.
